Make a privacy request
Under our privacy policy and Canadian, Quebec and US privacy law, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or send you a portable copy of personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. This form starts that process.
What happens next
AcknowledgementBy email, within one business day.
IdentityWe may ask you to confirm that you control the email address, phone number or domain concerned, and we ask only for what is needed to do that.
AnswerWithin 30 days of receiving your request. If we need longer, we tell you within those 30 days why, and how much longer (no more than 30 more days).
DeletionWe delete what we hold, except what the law requires us to keep, which we name.
If we refuseWe tell you why in writing, and how to complain.
CostNone. If you need help putting a request in writing, we will help you.
