Submit a data request

Under PIPEDA (Canada) and GDPR (EU), you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. This form starts that process.

What happens next: We acknowledge your request within 3 business days. We verify your identity via the email address you provide. We complete your request within 30 days. If a request is denied (e.g., a deletion request that conflicts with regulatory retention requirements for financial records), we explain why in writing.
