Your assessment dashboard link was emailed to you the moment your assessment was released. Look for the email subject line "Your assessment of [your domain] is ready."
Open the dashboard
Click the link in that email. The URL has the form /biz-audit/<UUID>/. Bookmark it. The link is permanent. Opening it needs a 6-digit code, which we email to the address the assessment was bought with: press the button on the page, enter the code, and the browser stays signed in for 30 days.
Lost the email
Email [email protected] from the same address you used to purchase. We resend the dashboard link within one business day, but only to the email on file.
Email is no longer mine
If your account email has changed, we need to verify identity before sending the link elsewhere. Provide the original purchase amount and date, or the last four digits of the card used. See Recover a lost access link for the full process.
