Refund policy overview

Refund criteria are strict and product-specific. Short version below; full terms at /refund/.

The assessment

Your assessment will show more than your outside reading. If it does not, we refund it in full. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your assessment reference. Once it has shown you more than the reading did, the work is done and it is not refundable. See Assessment refund policy.

Monitoring

No refunds. Cancel anytime to prevent future renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial refund on annual plans once the billing period has begun. See Pause or cancel monitoring.

Personal Exposure Briefing

Refunded in full if the briefing lists no breach record for the address you ordered it for; ask within 14 days of delivery. If it lists one or more, it is not refundable. Billing errors are corrected separately, below.

Billing corrections (separate from refunds)

Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or payment processed but service not delivered due to a system failure on our side are handled separately as billing corrections, not policy refunds. Email [email protected] with your order details. We correct billing errors within 2 business days. Contact us directly rather than filing a chargeback. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order reference. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
